A Typical Night

To Help you out a bit with your organisation, we have provided a typical night at a reception with AcSiA.

7.30pm Entertainment usually starts around this time
If you were to book the party package (with disco)
then the DJ will play background music until your guests have all arrived.

8.00pm Typically the first dance would be around 8pm followed by a couple of songs before until around 8.15pm

8.15pm the band would do between 45min first set

9pm Buffet with background music being played by DJ

9.45pm Band 2nd set

11pm til finish live DJ (who can take requests!)

All these times are a guide only but its what we have found out to be most succesful at Weddings we have played at.

If you were to book the band only then the DJ would be replaced by a pre-mixed cd / ipod
